			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We&#8217;ve given Microsoft some bad reviews here &#8212; especially for the <a href="http://www.velocitypartners.co.uk/2008/11/10/microsofts-baffling-im-a-pc-campaign/" title="Velocity B2B marketing blog post" target="_blank">&#8220;I&#8217;m a PC&#8221; ad campaign</a>, so it feels only fair to give them some credit when they get it right.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJVqAL7NYXE" rel="shadowbox[sbpost-429];player=swf;width=640;height=385;" title="Microsoft People-Ready Business ad" target="_blank">People-Ready Business TV work</a> is excellent &#8212; everything &#8220;I&#8217;m a PC&#8217; was not.  Its charming, quirky, fun to watch and somehow still connected to what Microsoft does for a living: help people do their jobs.  <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/business/peopleready/en-us/#poid=0&amp;ng=insights&amp;&amp;ng=default" title="Microsoft People-Ready Business microsite" target="_blank">Nice microsite</a> supporting it, too. This has what &#8220;I&#8217;m a PC&#8221; and the Seinfeld ad sorely lacked: authenticity and an IDEA.  Nice one.</p>
